OneSongAway

By accessing or using the OneSongAway website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. About Our Service

OneSongAway creates custom-made songs based on the information provided by the customer through our forms. Each song is uniquely crafted and personalised according to the selected plan.

Due to the creative and personalised nature of our work, all orders are handled with care and intention.

2. Order Process & Payments

  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your order and initiate production.
  • Once the advance payment is made and the form is submitted, song creation begins immediately.
  • The remaining 50% payment must be completed after the song preview is shared and before the final song is delivered.
  • Final delivery of the song will only be done after full payment is received.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds are applicable once the production process has started.
  • Since each song is custom-created, cancellations after production begins are not eligible for refunds.
  • If an order is cancelled before production starts, any refund (if applicable) will be evaluated at our discretion.

4. Revisions Policy

Revision allowances depend on the plan selected:

  • Mini Custom: No free lyric revisions
  • Together: 1 free lyric revision
  • Forever: 2 free lyric revisions

Important notes:

  • Revisions apply only to lyrics, not to the final produced song.
  • Once lyrics are finalised and song production begins, no changes or rework will be accepted.
  • Additional lyric revisions beyond the plan allowance are available at an extra cost of ₹999 per revision.
  • Partial adjustments may be considered; however, major changes may require a new order.

5. Song Preview & Final Delivery

  • A song preview will be shared once production is completed.
  • The preview is meant for listening purposes only.
  • No changes, rework, or re-production will be done after the preview is shared.
  • Upon approval of the preview and completion of the remaining payment, the final song files will be delivered.

6. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary based on the selected plan and are communicated clearly at the time of order.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Late responses or incomplete information from the customer
  • Requested changes or revisions
  • Technical or unforeseen production issues

Such delays will not be considered a breach of service.

7. Usage Rights & Ownership

  • Customers may play and share the song for personal events and memories.
  • Songs cannot be resold, redistributed commercially, or claimed as original work by the customer.
  • OneSongAway retains all creative and intellectual property rights.

8. Content Guidelines

Requests containing offensive, illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content may be declined.

9. Communication

  • Communication will primarily take place via email or Instagram DMs.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details.

10. Limitation of Liability

OneSongAway is not responsible for subjective dissatisfaction, third-party technical issues, or delays beyond reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

OneSongAway reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
